Based on both personal experience and observation, I recommend affiliate marketing because it’s the easiest way to begin an online business. Creating and selling your own product requires learning additional ropes. Among other things, you would need a well written sales page along with various marketing tools to give your affiliates.
Until you learn your way around the Internet marketing business, it’s best to stick to selling other people’s products for a commission. On the other hand, there are plenty of affiliates who make a very nice living without ever creating a product of their own.

This is Pimlico, our race track. Every May, the second race of the triple crown is held here. It's called the Preakness Stakes. This is a shot of the horses coming out of the gate at the 2009 Preakness.
The 2009 Preakness was won by a filly named Rachel Alexandra (number 13). This unstoppable champion has gone on to win some great races against the big boys. Girls rule!
I love animals - especially birds. Many birds are more clever than we realize.

This is the main building of Johns Hopkins Medical Center, our local hospital. "Hopkins" as it's called by us locals has branches and clinics all over this area. I guess you could call it a medical monopoly.
The Hopkins research facility is world famous, but the idea of being treated at the hospital gives me a touch of the creeps because they teach there. I know the doctors have to learn somewhere, but I'd rather it wasn't on me. Nice architecture, though.
