On the free forums you have a lot of people that don’t know what they are doing and they answer posts with dumb one-liner messages just because they want to get exposure for their signature link.
On the Wealthy Affiliate Forum, the caliber of the users is much higher and you actually have intelligent discussion, good quality information shared, and decent answers to your questions.”

It was a great learning experience to see a campaign broken down into steps starting from the research, the keywords used, website testing and adwords tips. People are much, much more open about their ideas and own personal experiences regarding affiliate marketing when they are in a private forum I noticed (last I checked there was around 2500 people registered).”

“It’s good even if you don’t want to be an affiliate marketer. Aff marketing revolves around keywords and driving traffic to a certain piece of Internet real estate. Any online business needs this, especially smaller businesses who don’t have a lot of money to throw around.
I’ve found the methods I’ve learned there quite helpful to driving traffic to the website we use at work. Got a nice bonus because of it too.”

In WA there is some kind of spirit where the Members are happy to help each-other out, regardless of the question and if it might be a silly one.”

“There are a lot of noobs, myself included and there’s a lot of handholding which is probably worthless to you if you’re already an accomplished marketer.
For a beginner who wants to know how to start I think it’s perfect. There are a number of senior members who give out great advice on finding niches, choosing keywords, creating landing pages, improving your quality score etc.
They are willing to give advice specific to you as well.
Even I was surprised at some people who had signed up, they seemed to know even less than I did about affiliate marketing, but they were never flamed or ignored. They got step by step instructions and advice on what to do next.
I’ll be keeping my WA membership for another while and bugging those with more experience with my questions.”

“I know you don’t expect me to say it isn’t. I only have good things to say about WA and thats because I have been there and seen for myself the quality of the forum. Low on filler and high on quality posts.
I spent about 2 months contemplating whether to join and now I’ve been there for 3 months. There is hardly a day where I don’t learn something new. I’d recommend it to anyone.
I’d be glad to answer any other questions about WA or the WA forum.”

“As for who is making money with the program, there are lots of people who sign up that start making money immediately, some take a while before they start getting some where (the difference is in each individuals attitude to learning and implementing). I struggled to get affiliate sales for months before I joined Wealthy Affiliate - but now I am making those sales as well as other great results…. but you don’t have to believe me.
I’m not trying to sell you Wealthy Affiliate so…. Which ever route you decide to go, I’d really appreciate if you send me a pm once you are in . Or don’t sign up. Its all good.”

“I don’t know, I think there’s a lot of “training” out there, some goodsome not so great. I think you can learn a lot by actually “doing” as well.
I was a member of WA for a month. I actually signed up to try out site rubix. I was pretty disappointed. I’ve found most of the stuff the teach you for free all over the net. Seemed like a waste of money to me.
But hey, to each his own, right?”

“When I finally decided to go at this marketing 100% I also decided I needed good solid education and training. I also knew I needed to connect with other marketers.
I joined Wealthy Affiliate 3 weeks ago. I feel it is well worth the monthly investment. The training is quality and I feel the reinforce the things we need to focus on. The Forum is lively and many good helpful posts. Not just a bunch of whining I have seen before.
I also like that Kyle and Carson are personally involved and are approachable. The icing on the cake is the menu of free resources available.”
